Everyday Breakfast Smoothie

Raw Cacao Breakfast Smoothie
Chocolate for Breakfast

My go-to breakfast is a raw cacao protein smoothie. Here's how I make mine.
The Ingredients
1 large Banana
1 Cup Coconut Water
1 TBS Vanilla Protein Powder
1 TBS Raw Cacao Powder
*handful of baby spinach can also be added if you have some handy

Blitz everything in a blender until combined. If you prefer your smoothie ice cold just add a couple of ice cubes before you blitz.

My preferred protein powder is Vital Protein because it is dairy free, gluten free and refined sugar free. The sweetness comes from Thaumatin and Monk Fruit! I don't really have a favourite cacao powder but i do seem to keep coming back to NutriVital as it tends to have the best price point (oddly i couldn't find the product on their website but I buy mine at GoVita stores). When choosing a coconut water check the ingredients on the back, if the ingredients list anything but 100% coconut water steer clear.
